I have called for 2 weeks staright everday for my dads referal. They were supposed to fax it everyday for those 2 weeks. For the past 2 months We have went to 3 appointments for this snd they still haven't done anything. I would call the doctor they need to send the referal too and they say they haven't recieved it..i hate this place!

Dr. Mosher herself is great. Staff/phone operators are horrible. I'v been calling all week to make an appoint that's usually 2 weeks out. I wait over 30 mins ang get hung up on. Just today right now I started my call at 4:06 either till 4:42 and got hung up on. Called right back rings then hangs up on me. Now myself and my partner tried calling and it goes to VM. I get it its closing time but its not 5pm just yet. Stop slacking and do your jobs! Please and thank you.
