Tasty Turkey sandwich had decent quality turkey, but the produce was not fresh. Cream Cheese made sandwich different, but too slippery to eat.

I went in with a coupon for buy one sandwich, get one free. I gave the cashier my coupon & ordered a Nova Lox sandwich with an everything bagel toasted. The cashier was ringing my order, she tried to scan my coupon. She told me I would have to buy two sandwiches. I told her that the coupon says buy one, get one free, and if it's not giving the discount, I'd like to see the manager. I looked at the register and noticed she had entered one sandwich and tried to scan the coupon. I waited a very brief time, then told her she only entered one sandwich. She then entered a second sandwich & then scanned the coupon again. It accepted the coupon and it discounted the sandwiches to the price for one. When I got the food, I asked the gentleman who served it, if it was an everything bagel that was toasted. He said it was. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found it was an everything bagel but it wasn't toasted. Big disappointment. The food was served In a timely fashion. I would have enjoyed it more if the bagel would have been toasted. The visit to this restaurant was a disappointment.

Love that they were open so early in the morning for I had to be at work by 8:00 and that was going to be a 30-minute drive. Staff was incredibly friendly for being an early hour and quickly got me my food. My one kind of complaint is that the sweet cream for my coffee is no longer offered.

I live near the EB location in Tempe on McClintock Dr and visit regularly. I was in Phoenix and stopped by this location. Ugh, day and night difference. Employee who took my order was rude and discourteous. I asked for change for a 5 to tip and she gave me 4 back. Downhill from there. My sandwich was sloppy and not warm. Cheese unmelted. I asked for my receipt (she didn’t give me one) and she told me she was too busy making coffee to help me. Likely she was afraid I’d take the survey. I left without a receipt, a cold sandwich, and a vow never to return.

The people were NOT nice! We came despite the reviews of unwelcoming customer service but the reviews are true. Our orange juice was 5 dollars for orange flavored water and our bagels had hardly any cream cheese. Not it.
