He needs to be more Human... Nurses are more optimistic on cases than him. He need to put himself in patient's family and understand that no one is ready to let go our love ones. I feel that he is just pushing too much to desconect our family member from the machines. Every opinion we have regards the health is not accurate for him. He is arrogant, many years of knowledge make him lose his human being part. At this time anyone can fell others desperate pain except Dr. Feldman
