We produce your ingredients in a 100,000 sq.ft. cGMP certified and FDA inspected facility. The proprietary technology in this facility is next generation and can churn through the biggest work orders. The facility is equipped with systems to control air quality and temperature so that materials are handled in optimal conditions. Our modern manufacturing facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and produces multiples grades of lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, and lactoferrin/lactoperoxidase blends from skim milk. The laboratories within the facility are designated for cGMP mandated raw material testing, label analysis, and final product quality assurance. This high-capacity facility gives us a competitive advantage during production, vitamin testing, labeling, packaging, and distribution stages of your purchase order. Our processing plant processes over 1,000,000 pounds of USDA Grade A skim milk per day and production is scalable for increased demand.
