Worst Hospital that I have seen in my life time. Nurses are rude don’t know how to talk and behave with Patients. It’s very dirty, washrooms are not hygiene and no social distances are met nor disinfectant are sprayed. They are least concerned about patients and about their well-being and are left at the mercy of God.

One of the worst hospitals visited. Stains in every room, highly priced, rude staff. If you care for your loved ones don't visit here. Check the stains on the wall.

Average hospital in terms of nursing staff and doctors.. Go in case of minor issue or you do not have any choice... Nursing staff are not much trained... They have ICU facility and normal beds... Nowadays ther care other options available in nearby... We had average experience in terms of treatment.. doctors were not available..

Good doctors and nurses, but hospital requires good cleaness and service. Looks like short staffing at nights and had delays while calling attendent. Washrooms needs to be much more clean.

Admitted my wife to this hospital when she was tested positive forwfor Covid19 with pneumonia as advised by my sister, she is also doctor. Very bad experience from time we went for admission, my wife was kept outside for almost 45 mins waiting outside with the pain as their card machine was not working even after multiple attempts, so I had to rush find the atm at night as they cannot accept admission without the deposit of 80,000 and chemist deposit of 10,000. The hospital staff looks cooperative but the Mediclaim support staff i(tpa)wasawas notall cooperative, when you call they will say there are different rates for cashless they are charging extra for cashless paitents, and at the beginning only the tpa staff will say you will get only 40% claim remaining amount you will have to pay. They are callingvthat amount as non payable amount with no details. At the discharge you will get a very short Bill with no proper details mentioned and when you ask for it they say we only provide this much Bill to paitents ask your Mediclaim company for details. Some of the staff was very cooperative like the mama and mavashi, some nursing staff and the treating doctor of my wife Dr. Himmat he was very very cooperative and helpful, helped a lot to my wife and keep us update daily about her health and I really appreciate his efforts. This start which I have given only because of Dr Himmat and the other staff who take efforts to make patients better.

My father was admitted in Phoneix due to covid 19 in a very critical situation but Dr Sudhir Shetty did his best and helped him get out this critical situation and recovered from this deadly virus. We are also thankful to the whole staff of Phoenix hospital who really cooperated well took well care of him. Thank you so much.....
