Yesterday I got a nice little bong for my collection, I liked the design, the color, everything. I got home I took a few rips and the neck BROKE. I called the shop this morning and kind of jokingly I asked if they had a return policy, to my complete surprise he asked me to bring it in to be exchanged. Never would have expected that. I’m sure it’s not store policy but customer service like that is outstanding! I’ll be back

Stay away from the corporate vape shop down the corridor from jjs if u want to save money. If you need vape juice, go to jjs for juice. You will save significantly!!!! Shawn is amazing. Nicest people. Great products. Stop by and say hi for all your tobacco needs. I go out of my way to go to jjs. Can't say enough positive stuff! Just go.
