very rude receptionist. I ask for medical records and she said did you call yesterday and ask for their faxed number. your need to writer down the number this time but I was confirmed the faxed getting because I received an rejection.

Two days I've been promised an epidural shot in my spine for a herniated disc, a bulging disc and a disc fragment lodged in my spine. After two days of waiting and intense pain I'm being discharged without the hospital fulfilling their recommended medical care. They said I could stay and wait but then there is still no guarantee I will receive the recommended medical care.

Surprised to see ude\ comments. The staff was nice, encouraging, and patient. Smiles all around. They did not rush me at all and even brought in an extra person to help me. My hip was killing me and they went above and beyond patient care for my comfort. Thank you again.

Had an appointment at 1045 Friday got there and they had no information on me at all, and said they are not afliated whith my Doctor and told me to go away ,plus they said they don't take my insurance . I got a phone call from them 30 minutes later asking why I'm late to my 1130 appointment I explained to her thuraly that she had just told me to leave and they don't take my insurance and my Dr. Was not in there high dollar network . So after I drive all the way home I have to drive all the way back . this place is very disorganised and its unprofessional and sad people like this have no business in the scheduling important procedures plain out ridiculous , being waiting here for over an hour now because they are now at lunch

we go there personally but they told me we are very busy you can take appointment on phone. after i called and ask for appointment they asking me so many question but i am not in medical line so i can not gave the proper answer. so they mad on me and they are very rude.
