NIRVAAN GUNPATH

KZN VIP HEALTH provides professional quick response medical care. The ambulance reached my home as the call center predicted. They were caring and gentle and made sure they took us to the correct government hospital to get the best treatment asap. When there is an emergency, you can definitely call KZN VIP HEALTH without a doubt. The medic a young lady kept on checking on my mum to see if she's ok and the driver medic drove with caution and tried to talk to me and keep me calm. Thank you for the amazing service and I'm glad you guy's are out there to help.

WORST EXPERIENCE ! BAD COMPANY! IF YOURE IN DANGER,MIGHT AS WELL FIGHT IT OFF YOURSELF THE ONLY STAR THEY DESERVE IS FOR PICKING UP THE PHONE. I just called this evening with regard to an emergency, the lady picked up and was darn inexperienced. I called on behalf of a worried friend of whom was in tears on the other side, having to have serious death threats against them for working at SAPS and explaining my issue at the beginning of the call, it took her 3 minutes to all ask and tell me "so this person is depressed"...Instead of I will send someone right away Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!

abit slow with response wen push the panic.and they dnt think anythink of it.and they good for taking out pistures but on daily basis u will never see them around.even thou i have there alarm at my house
