I’ve purchased 3 bikes from Landis and all encounters have been very pleasant. Today they squeezed me in to replace a cassette on my mtb when they are scheduled a few weeks out. They are super friendly and I appreciate their knowledge. They will continue to get my business!

This place was out of the park amazing! Wow, I wasn’t expecting it to be such a great experience...The energy and vibe was welcoming and employees were professional and courteous. We could tell they loved their jobs. It surpassed my expectations and we purchased a new Trek for our son’s 18th birthday. We walked in having come away from a horrible experience from a bike shop in Peoria, expecting the same but was pleasantly surprised with our family’s experience from start to finish! Bought a 2019 Stumpy from their Scottsdale location. After 6 months I had a dropper failure. This location is open on Sundays and is close to my house. I took it up there expecting to leave it. Much to my surprise, Steve said they had one in stock and swapped it out for me while I waited. Thanks for stepping up the great service, on a Sunday even! Me and friends will be back
