I have invested 20,000 in windows with this company. The project was scheduled as a two day install and it was done in one day. You can tell by the quality of their work that they should have taken their time and completed the job in two days. I was told the window was ordered correctly but the wrong sized window came in (as pictured). I was told on April 16th that the right window would be installed in 2 weeks, it has been more than 5 weeks and I have yet to receive an update via phone call, text or email. I’m stuck with this placer which allows hot air to come into my kitchen and letting my cool air out. The dent they left on my window, I was not told about. I called and he said “oh I forgot to tell you about that.” And the sliding door screen was installed improperly where it’s slanted and does not close properly. I also told the guy in charge of the install and he said they would fix everything once the new window was installed. The summer heat is coming and I can’t be stuck with a placer box any longer.

Crews arrived on time and completed the work expeditiously. There was never a problem with the work site, it was kept orderly and clean. The product is excellent. Scheduling was very flexible to fit our snowbird schedule. All in all a great experience!

The initial process was not as good as can be. There was a mix up of loan paperwork and timelines, deadlines and the overall process. It was perturbing. Partly because the company and partly me. Would have been nice to have one person to speak to instead of multiple people. However once that was taken care of, everything went smoothly. The windows are fantastic so far. The crew was exceptional. As much as Lifetime will claim that they only use their own crew for installation, our and our friends were installed by contractors. Once the sales person left our house we never heard from him again. No check in or anything lease. Foreman came by to authorize the finish of the project was the last I heard. Then the loan people got in touch with us.

Original salesman was polite, provided many different options and explained pros/cons. I replaced my sliding glass door, originally wanted french doors, but the cost and the required space to open the doors was not as i imagined. I went with a sliding door with the larger frame, so it looks like a door instead of a sliding glass door. The two guys that removed my old door and installed the new one were just as polite, got right to work, worked many hours and once complete, there was no mess. They took the old door and all the packaging. Service was excellent and the door should help with my electric bill, as the old door was the original that came with the house. Lifetime warranty sounds great, and door looks fantastic. I would recommend doing business with this company. The only concern I had was I was hoping to get a bigger frame around the door, to match my window frames, as they said they would try. In the end, the frame was not touched, the original frame was left intact.

Process was easier than I ever expected. The installation crew was quick, polite, and made sure to clean up at the end of each work day. It was a pleasure working with all the people at Lifetime. I love pulling up to the house every day after work and seeing the new siding & gutters. Would highly recommend using them.
