We had a broken Mexican style sink. Spent a long time looking for a similar sink and finally found Mexican Tile and Stone. What a great company! I emailed them on a Sunday and got a reply that day. By Monday we were discussing sink options and pricing. And by Wednesday I had picked up the new sink and gotten recommended installer options. Shannon really was friendly, responsive and knew what she was doing! Overall a great experience!

Great experience with Mexican Tile and Stone. Not sure what the other reviews are referring to but I found this company a joy to work with on our remodel project. Sure the prices are high but the workmanship and finished product more than make up, you get what you pay for, you want cheap, hit the local HD up and the workers in the parking lot to complete the work. We were looking at replacing all the flooring in our newly purchased house (read dump) in Scottsdale. We knew what we wanted but every contractor and every flooring store wanted to do the same thing, boring ceramic wood plank floors. We wanted something different. Came across Mexican Tile and Stone and their showroom and couldn't be more happy with the transformation of our home (read no longer a dump). When at the showroom we met Joe the owner, he arranged to come to my house the next day as I was in town for only a couple of days. Joe is a good guy, honest, fair. Took a lot of time measuring and discussing our job. Over the next few weeks we settled on the design and material. Joe and his team were great to work with, we didn't to change the scheduling several times because of issues with over contractors and Mexican Tile never had an issue. Once the installation date was set everything went smoothly. The install crew led by Carlos was awesome. I really appreciated how clean they were after each day. Jose, the led installing, is a craftsman, he took great pride in his work. All the install guys did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our floors and our experience with Mexican Tile and Stone. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Joe, you and your team did an outstanding job and we love what you did.

I highly recommend Mexican Tile and Stone. Scale 1- 10, they get a 10. I hired them to refurbish my Saltillo tile in my home. They are honest, professional, and deliver high quality work. Wade listened to exactly what I wanted. He gave me all my options, made sure we were on the same page, and guaranteed the work. We set an appointment about a month out and it was worth the wait. Wade made sure that i was happy at every stage of the project. Yes, other company’s were cheaper, but they did not offer the same process, and tried to sell me on their only option which was not what I wanted. Mexican Tiles was the only company I talked to that gave me a choice of a Matte or glossy finish. They left a cleaner with the proper ph for these types of floors. I appreciated the discussion on the best way to maintain the finish. Every day I got an update from Wade, I came by to check in and was excited to see their work. (it did smell so I was glad I stayed at a friends) This is a stellar company, My floors look brand new.

I highly recommend the Mexican Tile and Stone Company. I had two separate jobs to complete. The first was an installation and the second was a strip and reseal of existing Saltillo tile. From my initial visit with Wade, the restoration manager, I knew the jobs were going to be done right and with a fair price. The installation team led by Chuck, Nacho and Albert were superior! They were on time (most often early) every morning, worked hard throughout the day, were friendly, professional, clean and meticulous with their craftsmanship. My new tile both on the floor and in a bathroom remodel is beautiful! Next came the strip and reseal of my current tile. The team of Angel, Miza and John were also excellent. They did a wonderful job and my tile looks brand new! They were even able to match colors to cover stains and do all necessary repairs. I was impressed with the attention to detail and customer service that I received by both of the work teams and management at the home office (Stefano, Robert, Terri). If you are looking to have tile installed, repaired or resurfaced you can't go wrong with this team. From start to finish they are a quality, professional business that produces outstanding results at a fair price!
