Took bike in for stripped pedal. Instead of turning me down they tried numerous ways to get it fixed and make me happy. They ended up going above and beyond in customer service and would highly recommend to anyone wanting top notch customer service which is hard to find these days!

I was out for a ride and discovered I had a slow leak. I didn't want to have to walk the 4 miles to get home so I took a chance on the nearest bike shop. North Valley Bicycles was not only able to fix me up to get home, but they allowed me to settle up after I rode home, got my wallet and drove back. Ryan, the Manager, was super helpful and provided the kind of customer service that will have me returning for all of my cycling needs from now on. Thank you North Valley Bicycles!

Second time I've been in and it feels like they were completely uninterested in me as a customer. Ends up working out because both times this shop had nothing in it worth browsing through or purchasing.
