Poor communication. Did not respond to my lender, requiring my agent to contact the manager of the Old Republic branch to get a response. Never reached out to me to set up a signing appointment. Never responded to emails. Finally, I had to contact them to actually set up a signing appointment. Cannot recommend unless you want to add more stress, anxiety, and uncertainty to your home buying experience.

Poor to no communication. Errors do not get fixed even after you point them out to them. Still trying to get a refund for my client from September. My client will probably have to file a complaint with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions to get this resolved.
