Every time I've come to this location I have the best experience. This location sees less volume of patients than the downtown clinic so it's never as busy. The staff is very polite and respectful. One time I was running late and they called me to make sure everything was ok and we rescheduled immediately. The building is new enough that everything is still very nice inside and out, cleanest VA building I've been in.

Just like any other VA system and doctors, there is an extreme like in care and ability to assist patients. This is just as bad as seeing any VA doctor. They are unable to provide you with the care that you are needing!!!! VA doctors are a joke and don't care about their patients at all!

You're better off going to CVS/Walgreens for COVID related questions and/or concerns. Feels as if the VA is in Trump's pocket and is discouraging any talk or testing relating to COVID. Another VA fail.
