Very vibrant.. security available . the only problem is create a better traffic plan for taxi and cars.. taxis in the parking area..are a menace.. really.. shift to vacant land below police station..

Not good people need to respect each other. First mask must be worn At all times. If stores have reached 50 % capacity, close doors. Shoprite. Social distance as per government law. Put up posters all over and stores should see how much they can take in. Stores don't have enough cashiers over peak periods. Even less social distance. But Plaza is clean always. That's good Thank you

Stayed in Phoenix for one week visiting my sister. Enjoyed our outings to the Phoenix Plaza for eating, buying household supplies, buying airtime at the Pep stores, Blaze for clothes and the friendly staff at Osmans spices

It's a decent place if you're in a hurry to get something done. Stores inside are decent. Not a wide selection of luxury brands though.

Plaza is a place where you go if u really need something.. It has a lot of useful shops. I like the clothing shops and shoe shops personally... There's also restaurants if u feel hungry after all that shopping. Generally always busy that's why I give it a 3 star rating
