What a nice community. Very welcoming, clean and easy access for our 45 ft. Coach.

Road Hog

We stayed for two months and enjoyed our stay. 55 community so it’s quiet, reasonably priced, and nicely landscaped. Their rules and regulations are clearly defined and enforced. It’s located just north of Phoenix with easy access to the greater metropolitan area. Our neighbors were friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Will definitely be back.

Nice RV park...for 55 only... next to Pioneer Museum which is a cute little place to go see as well. There is mobile RV washing too.

Stopped in hoping to find some water to fill up our not even 20 gallon tank. Of course was willing to pay, tried calling the office or find someone who worked there but no luck. Found a spigot, started filling up and a park host came over and started freaking out saying we couldn’t be here and the water was not free. We offered to pay whatever the fee was and explained nicely that we tried to call and weren’t trying to “steal” water, and that there were no signs stating it was not okay. He was very very rude, threatened to call the cops if he saw our bus there again. So we smiled, thanked him for the water, tried to offer him money again, and told him to have a wonder day.

Great place for some R&R! While traveling through the Phoenix area we lucked out when we happened upon this gem. The resort was clean, had great amenities, and the staff were great. AND THEY HAD GREAT PRICES! It did seem the pull-thru sites were a bit tight. However, we stayed in one of the standard spaces. So, I can't confirm that they actually are tight, it just appeared that way. -- If you're looking for a nice, clean, FRIENDLY, resort with amazing prices, Pioneer RV Resort is the place!
