Lived there for 4 years from 2015-2019 which was fine, but moving out process and trying to get a return on my security deposit really unprofessional! Sent me security deposit almost a year later, check was expired, tried to have them reissue it provided my address they sent it to wrong address, now waiting for them to ship to the office but there is no communication :( will have to take this to court to get my security deposit returned. nightmare

I have really enjoyed my time at RidgeGate Apartments! The staff (Gina, Chrissy, and Beckie) are amazing to work with for anything I need! I also love the maintenance staff! I always tell people how efficient the staff is at RidgeGate Apartments. Anytime I have put in a request they are always there within 24 hours. It's so refreshing to be part of a community that works hard to accommodate for the needs of its residents. Not to mention, it feels like you're living in a resort all the time!
