Fantastic front desk employee's, great radiologist for my x-rays, and great ultra sound person for my knee. Everything was fantastic. I wish the Simon Med front staff from the 15810 s. 45th st. Ste #110 location would take lessons from these employee's on how to treat patients like human beings.

Dr. sent me for xray because of hand injury. Walked into the SimonMed off Ray & 46th pl. Was greeted at front desk by a very nice young lady who took my information, had me fill out a short form. The Xray technician with in a few minutes came and took me back for the xrays. He was very caring and gentle with my hand and did his best to get the xray positions that were required without causing me more pain. They were great.

I accidently left a lab order with receptionist. Didnt realuze till I got to lab for test. Went back to simon and receptionist had it in the shredder tray to be shredded
