After dealing with SimonMed in 2 other locations, I finally found one that is efficient and professional. The staff here seems to genuinely care about patients. In and out quickly, without any hitches at all. It's about 30 minutes away from me, but worth the drive.

They told me that we were not allowed to wait in the lobby yet the lobby is full. This place is so unsafe during this pandemic. If you dont have to be here do Not come. This is ridiculous. The people working here are nice so this fiasco is not their fault. It's the company that needs to make changes.

Make sure when scheduling online that you schedule correctly. My first appointment was cancelled as I was driving to my appointment, very annoyed. I called in and scheduled with a rep over the phone, all is good in the world. Pretty much in and out, fast imaging, consolation and out the door.

I was in need of an immediate X-ray and was given a choice of available locations. The Ahwatukee office is closest to me and scheduled quickly. The staff at SimonMed Imaging are professional, give clear instructions and use covid safety procedures. The imaging was read and the results sent to my doctor that afternoon.

The staff was very professional. They made sure I was comfortable thru out the 45 minute MRI test. This location was very clean and made sure they followed the Covid-19 protocol for everyone's safety. This location was not super busy so I was in and out quickly. Even though it was a longer drive for me, I will definitely request this location in the future.
