I visited SimonMed for the first time this week. Kristan Hunt was my tech and she was excellent. She was very professional and friendly, and made me feel at ease in what could've been an uncomfortable experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

**UPDATE: You will see that Simon Med eached out to me\ below, but they never responded to my email** Absolutely terrible experience. Staff is lazy and uninformed. Patients not respected. Confidentiality not upheld. Front desk calling confidential information to patients across lobby. Staff conducted a test that worsened my husband's condition, not following the doctor's orders. Front desk was unable to get ahold of their middle man insurance company, so our insurance company was not contacted and we were asked to pay for the exam in full. I highly recommend seeking medical help elsewhere. We have been to other SimonMed locations that were wonderful, but this was awful. An emergency room visit would have been better than this. Another patient in the waiting room had been scheduled for an incorrect exam. They could not even perform the test on his doctor's orders, yet they collected his payment just fine. As you can see, exceptional attention to detail. (Also confidential information that everyone else in the lobby should not know). Both this stranger and my husband are now waiting on reimbursement for money we did not owe, receiving care for tests not requested by doctors. I strongly recommend that if you need to get any medical testing done promptly, stay far away from this SimonMed location.

Was told the X-rays are walk-in only-went to closest location Thompson Peak and they were not doing X-rays due to the tech being absent! What radiologist facility has only one tech without backup! Horrible service! Then had to drive to desert ridge- receptionist was somewhat icy and had a negative demeanor. The tech here was good and efficient. Perhaps your organization has grown too large to give good service?

Very clean and sanitary! Adhered to Covid protocols! Check in was easy. Christy who did my ultrasound was thorough, professional and made me feel very comfortable.

We didn't have to wait very long. I'm in a wheelchair and the guy that did my x-rays was awesome he held my hand while my husband helped me up on the table which was grueling with the condition I have but The x-ray guy was awesome
