I very very surprised at the number of people waiting in line when I got there. I had arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, but what I didn't know, was most of these people were walk-ins looking to be seen or making appointments. Once I made my way to one of the technicians, I was given 2 short forms to fill out. Once I returned them, I was called for my procedures. Everyone that I met were very personable and professional, and seemed to be concerned with my comfort and safety. My 3 procedures went along very smoothly and I was completed much faster than I had thought they would take. Thank you SimonMed Paradise Valley.

Long wait as staff did not understand order and had to confirm with MD. I called MD office after over an hour and had mri 15 minutes later. Another patient was allowed to sign in and sit in waiting area without mask. When I told staff Not appropriate they gave him mask and told him to wear. When he left he threw mask in my face literally and yelled at me standing two feet above me. No reaction from anybody. I would not go back

The team in the Women's Center are AMAZING! Very friendly, explained everything, and they do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The front desk is what brought the rating down. WHAT A CLOWN SHOW! I stood at their little tape line in the floor waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes. I took a step forward to ask if there was something I was supposed to be doing and was THEN told I'll be with you in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, I was able to check in. There were 2 other people that were there before me having major issues getting checked in and the staff were straight up RUDE to them. The lady checking me in kept calling me hun and sweetie. Not at all professional. If I could rate them separate of the Women's Center, they'd be getting a 1.

It took over 30 minutes to get checked it even though I was already checked in on-line prior. Unfortunately they were having computer issues and I felt sorry for the one person trying to handle it all. Once I was back it was efficient and professional as always.

My first visit to this location I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time when I arrived 30 minutes early! Worst experience ever! The front desk lady tried to tell me that my fathers scan was for his spine. When I pointed out to her that the paper work said THORAX and that it was for his chest. she ignored me and said that she needed to confirm with the doctor. I called the doctor and the scan was for the chest! Why does she even have the job when she doesn’t know the terms? Isn’t that apart of the job?! The same day my mom was scheduled for a mammogram. The same front desk women waited 50 minutes till tell us that we needed an ultrasound to go with the mammogram order?! The doctor didn’t say anything about this two step process.. and WHY COULDNT SHE TELL ME THIS WHEN WE CHECKED IN!? She made us wait 50 MINUTES!! This establishment wastes people’s times and aren’t qualified for their position! Know that you are working with people that have lives to life after the fact especially if you are going to send us away to get more paperwork in the first place! Don’t argue with your customers! And go off of the paper work given to you! If you don’t know what it means then ask but don’t say that I, THE CUSTOMER, am wrong because we are telling you what the doctor told us!!! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE RE TRAINED!
