Arrived at office after booking by computer online! Desk clerk could not find my appointment. Since I had walked to office, clerk checked with CT technician to see if she would do my studies. The answer was yes! My exam was done very quickly. Kudos to staff for their flexibility. All the personnel were so warm, friendly, and helpful. What a great office! Mike Gilman, MD

So this location not any better than the Thunderbird location. Long lines one person to check us in and very rude and short with me. I had to wait over 30min in line to get attitude really. She didn't have my stuff up to date even though recently in and have now sat for an hour not being told anything else. Can't even get access to her window to see since people just keep coming. Also not Covid19 compliant with spacing. Not a fan of this place looking for new imaging facility in the future. Also tried to call about billing 2nd time now Apparantly no Mgr available to help they are telling me call my insurance to fix i am telling them they never billed my insurance and charged me self pay twice for the same test only had once. Ugh!

Easily one of the most unorganized, unprofessional organizations I have had the misfortune of dealing with. First they told me I could come there on a walk-in basis. Then, they called me and after 30 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR AN ANSWER, they scheduled me for Paradise Valley. Called me the morning of the appointment and cancelled advising they \don't do it at this location.\ Called them back just now to re-scheduled and spent another 12 minutes on hold only to be disconnected. Called again and waited another 2 minutes only to be disconnected AGAIN. Called a third time and was \transferred to scheduling.\ Wait a minute, I just called and clearly entered my choices to be scheduled. Another 10 minutes and I finally have a second appointment. SimonMed should seriously review their phone systems for improvement. It should not be this complicated to schedule. That's 54 minutes I have been on the phone for 1 appointment. UPDATE: After all this, I get another call this morning with \We don't do that at this location.\ Another call, another 33 minutes on hold and was hung up on. 87 minutes invested, 3 canceled appointments, and a TON of aggravation. I am calling referring provider and asking for a referral to a competent imaging facility.

They let me change my appointment because I was going to miss the first one . I was very late for the second one because Uber was late picking me up. They let me get my scan Evan though I was late. I really needed this scan. Thanks.

Front desk staff were pleasant. Wait time for a walk in X-ray was extremely long. I waited for about an hour and a half before being seen. There was one particular tech who came out to call patients back and when he realized they hadn’t shown up or were late he started bad mouthing them in front of customers in the waiting room. He had a really bad attitude.Totally unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using this location.
