Building is identified easily from street, area is clean w/ another of parking. SimonMed office had enough seating Covid style. Secretary on site was sweet & kind & patient w/ people. Tech was nice & professional. The imaging machine was meant for people w/ claustrophobia, which I have, so it was better than most machines & I was able to make it through the whole session (eyes closed).

They were very helpful by answering my questions, thus alleviating my concerns, before getting an MRI. Then during the MRI they helped me feel as comfortable as I possibly could. When I was unable to continue they were quick to stop the process and get me removed from the MRI. Helped me get back to the changing room, and when I was ready to leave helped me, as I use a cane, making sure I was steady on my feet and held the door when I left the building.
