As an older women looking for an E-Trike I don’t hang out in bike shops.. I felt very welcome & they did a great job getting just what I wanted. The staff was very helpful and I love my Trike! Highly recommend these guys!

This is one of the best bike shops in Phoenix super chill buying experience and excellent service on repairs and and accessories. No pressure or hassle from the employees. I’ve purchased 4 bikes from Sun Cyclery in the past and they currently service all my family bikes. I just purchased my 5th bike from Sun. I won’t go anywhere else because I know I won’t be given the same experience that I get every time I walk through the door. Eventually you start coming in enough and employees remember you and your bikes. It’s always a good time a Sun Cyclery. Check it out!
2nd awesome experience at SUN Cyclery. I bought my bike one year ago and today needed a tire tube replaced. They met me as I walked in, took care of it in minutes and explained everything and what type of tube would be best for my style of riding. I should add one year ago I walked into a different bike shop first because it was closer to my home, 3 staff members at the other shop looked at me, walked by and never said hello or get out. So I left and ended up at SUN Cyclery and I'm really glad I did!
5 stars would be Under rated!! The service is spectacular. Always at your your side to guide you into the wonderful, healthy WAY of Bicycling. Ive known Joe for years. BEST BIKE SHOP UNDER THE AZ. SUN. PEACE
Just picked up my Catrike 559 from Sun Cyclery!! The guys are absolutely awesome! Their knowledge is impeccable. Everyone has to make a trip to Sun Cyclery and when you leave, I’ll see you on the canal or who knows where?? Always ride with “safety first.” Enjoy!!!
Best bike store ever! I've been going here for years. Joe(owner) is the best. I can always trust him with my repairs and service. Staff are friendly and welcoming when I enter the store. Check them out!
Great place to buy or service your bike or trike, I bought an electric step through folding bike there 5 months ago and LOVE IT
Really great experience. Terrific customer service. Supportive environment for newbies, really helped my husband and I to customize our bikes and accessories so we were successful. Josh Wolfson helped us but the whole store staff are knowledgeable and customer service focused. It's fun to watch all the customers come in as they are a diverse bunch.
