I just got into mountain biking and yesterday I bought a new high-performance full-suspension bike. I went here because I wanted to learn about my new bike and have it adjusted to fit me. They were really friendly, answered all my questions, and even answered the questions I didn't know I had. They did the necessary adjustments to the shocks, brakes, seat and got it all done quickly. They gave me tons of good advice, I learned a lot about my bike, and it was very affordable. Will be back in the future and will recommend to friends! Thanks guys!

Can't say enough about how amazing this shop is. I bought a single speed mountain bike from them this year, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. All of Joe's recommendations about parts were spot on, and Julian and the rest of the crew built it up super quick. Customer for life.
They're always so nice and give you the best deals! Best of all they remember their customers. My fiance and I have been going to this bike shop for years and the owner has always been awesome and remembered us even though we barely go in because they do such a great job fixing our bikes!
Went in with my niece to find her a bicycle for her 10th birthday, and left with a beach cruiser for myself as well. (Plus the most hilarious "bike accoutrements" for my handlebars, and safety gear for the niece.) The guys at Sunday Cycles were so nice and so helpful... I got a LOT of information about the bikes I was interested in, and I didn't google it or anything, but I think I got a really good price on what I purchased. It felt really good to do business with a local shop that's mom & pop... since I won't need a new bike for a while, I'm definitely going back to get tune-ups there. Great local business.
The guys here were so laid back and helpful. These were skaters, and they knew their stuff. No "mall" attitudes here. Selection was really cool, and they carried a lot of brands the mall shops don't carry, plus they have darts, couches, and free grub. Sunday, you rock!!!
In shopping for a mountain bike there are many choices in town. I chose Sunday Cycles because I want to support local business and in the past, the shop has been recognized as a Best of Phoenix shop in the New Times. Unfortunately for me, I did share as great of an experience as one would expect. Starting with the positive - the staff is without a doubt courteous and kind. The owner Joe is exremley knowledgeable and honest in trying to serve the customer's needs. However, the shop falls short in a critical area - assembly and service. As a kind gesture, Joe asked if I wanted a water cage and bottle installed on the frame. Was nice of them, but it was rushed and as one of the bolts wasn't secured (only half way) to my brand new bike. Unknown to me I pulled my water bottle to get a drink on my first ride and wound up pulling the cage out and somewhat stripping the thread in the frame! Had I only known, I would have simply secured the bolt properly before the incident. Much more serious though, I also had a disc brake that wasn't properly aligned in assembly. After riding some 12 miles or so I realized that the bike seemed like it was noticeably dragging. When I got home I spun the wheel and it of course wouldn't spin freely and the pinched rotor was marked up pretty good compared to the opposite wheel. Sadly, I will not be returning to Sunday Cycles for my next bicycle purchase. I know that the owner Joe would not approve of the setup of my bike, but apparently there was a rush job in assembling the bike by whomever they have doing this work. Faulty assembly with a mountain bike can lead to injury - I won't risk that again.
What’s not to love? The same people who brought you Sunday Cycles is now bringing you a board shop! Holy chit, the implications are enormous, happy kids, happy parents, happy skaters, broken old men reliving their youth, leaving flesh and smears on concrete. Pure win! See you there folks
Great Service. Very helpful in picking out a bicycle for my 12 year old son. Visited about 6 bike shops in the greater Phoenix area and the staff at Sunday Bicycles were the most helpful. Very low pressure sales and very friendly staff.
