The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. The establishment is kept clean. You will find a mixture of people in the theaters. Depending on your preferences, this can be good or bad. It also opens the door for miscommunication among people's preferences. If you're not comfortable being around a mixed group of people avoid the theaters and get a video booth instead. The video booths seemed just as popular as the theaters and you will have more privacy.

Originally from Texas and haven't been to this loaction in a while but I was there recently and the place looks so much better. Its way cleaner and they have a lot better security out in the parking lot. Not so many strangers roaming around. The employees or managers I spoke to where all super friendly and very helpful. They got a larger selection in movies too. Preview rooms are cleaner. I would definitely recommend checking out this store.
This place caught me off guard. The employees are extremely eager to be of service, they are polite, respectful and knowledgable. The management has improved the overall quality and experience. (Way to go Jaime) the atmosphere is upbeat, with a chill like vibe. I would recommend the adult shop to all.
The store was chill and the staff was helpful but the other customers made my wife and I very uncomfortable. Upon entering the parking lot I noticed a man sitting in his black pick up truck staring at us, when my wife got out of the car I noticed the same man start to exit his vehicle and make his way towards us. As we were shopping around I noticed the same man staring at my wife the entire time we were there and even stood next to us as we checked out and followed us back outside and tried to talk to my wife, luckily I was there to tell him to ease off and back up. The store itself wasn’t bad and the staff was chill and Pablito was very knowledgeable and helpful but that man and a couple of other “clients” made us feel very uncomfortable for our first visit. I came here after reading reviews on how friendly and welcoming it was for women but I honestly felt the opposite.
The man was very helpful and found what I was looking for. Great stuff in there:)
