I have had the pleasure to use Title Inc. for close to 10 purchase and refinance transactions. Now I do not use anyone else. They are professional, competent, and extremely detail oriented. Most importantly they are available when I need them. They provide constant communication as necessary so we get to closing. Worked well with my agents and my mortgage companies. I purchased a home by a cash sale. I had a very pleasant experience with Matthew before the sale, who put a copy of the contract on file until the sale was done. When the sale was completed I turned to title inc for their expertise to be sure the title work was completed properly, I was rudely turned away by an arrogant woman who represented herself as Title Inc Management. She said they were booked up until the fall so "see a lawyer". Very disappointed. I wish I had waited to talk to Matthew... at least he knows how to talk to people. Seeking another title company!
