To this day, I am not sure how I met Tony but I am grateful that I did! I bought my first home during COVID Pandemic peak! Over the course of THREE YEARS Tony showed me home after home helping me understand the pros and cons along the way. I learned the hard way to trust his experience when I lost out on a home I really wanted because I offered too low. But we narrowed down the options and in the end, I came out with a home that is perfect for me!!! Tony was patient and resourceful. He introduced me to different lenders over the years until our team finally came together. His network of honest professionals made it easy to accomplish all of the inspections, the appraisal, negotiate with the title company and other various paperwork. Finally, as a young, single purchasing alone— I never felt judged about my budget and he valued my preferences. Tony persevered with me even doing virtual showings and checking out properties when I was not able to. With my student loan debt and other special circumstances, I overcame every lending hurdle in the book—Tony was calm and encouraging. I cannot say enough! I have absolutely no doubt that he would treat everyone the same.
