Stay away from these guys...not sure where to start about the poor sales execution, lack of service & follow through, and overall quality. Odean, the sales person, was slick and impressive at first and then after the deal was signed never returned any phone calls. He could frankly care less about the attendance or execution of his team or even the post job customer satisfaction. The job was supposed to take 6 weeks and it "slipped" to final completion almost three months later. When asked simply, "Is your crew coming to work today?", the response was always the same about them working on another job doing warranty work (read: screwed another job up the first time) and would be there in the morning. Shocker...they didn't show up until several more days and several more calls threatening to cancel the contract. This happened too many times to count. In fact, the only time they would respond to anything needed was to hold the remaining balance over their head or ask for a refund. The materials they used were not the ones described or agreed upon by the sales person. The first clue should have been that the salesperson used a previous customer's template and plan for mine (and even forgot to delete the previous customers information, address, etc). Overall, these guys are a dime a dozen. My advice is to pass them by and use another more reputable service. A quick check on these reviews before I bought from them could have saved me a ton of hassle, disappointment, and money.

The estimator came out and we had a good meeting but them everything else fell apart. I never received a quote after several attempts to contact them. It make me wonder how they ever would do the job if they can't get the front end of the business done right.

My brother hired Treeline to design the back yard of his new home and they did a fantastic job! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a simple yard work or a unique landscape design.

I had my front yard landscaped a few years ago, and it honestly looks fantastic; it's completely changed the curb appeal of the house, and when I come home at the end of a hard day, it's a pleasure to pull in the drive instead of an embarrassment. The new owner, Mike, is top-notch. I was concerned when I heard the company had changed hands that as an existing customer I might be viewed as a stepchild, but the first thing Mike did was schedule an appointment to meet with us and introduce himself and what he could do for us to make sure we were as happy as possible. And from that day on, he has had a crew here every single Friday like clockwork, and when we've had issues, he's always on top of them. I spent a lot of money with this company, and I haven't regretted it one bit. The service experience has surpassed the wow factor of the redesign. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for any of my landscape needs. John Williams

I was very disappointed with Treeline.....Fernando the sales person said the project would be done in 2 to 3 weeks and 2 months later all I had was a hole in my front yard and I had paid them 8600 dollars. I kept calling the office and all I would get were excuses. I finally had to threaten Treeline with the Register of Contractors, no one seemed to know what they were doing. There was a total lack of communication among these people. We originally planed on giving Treeline more work but with all the problems we had we decided against it. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Four months later My fountain did come out beautiful but not without a lot of stress .....so beware.

Called claiming they did work for me. They did not they gave an estimate. Estimate wasn't very good so didn't hire. I asked for them to remove my name, and not to call back ... what did they do they called back a minute later.
