The owner was extremely rude to people attending the quince. I witnessed her yelling at people repeatedly for arbitrary things like wanting to outside to have a cigarette.The birthday girl had to come to the front door about a dozen times after the owner refused to let people in after claiming we were at capacity which was never discussed prior to the event. Security was good and respectful but extremely understaffed all night. Literally 2 security guards for 450 people. When a fight broke out at the end of the night they locked themselves inside and did nothing to protect the bystanders which lead to the severe injury of one of the people doing the securities job. This is a very poorly run establishment that looks nice on the inside. With more security and a little etiquette training for the owner it would be easy to recommend.
