I knew nothing about windows so I called eight different companies and had them come to my house to show me their product. I learned very quickly that almost all of the windows are the same more or less. Window world beat everybody's price by about 3,000 up front no BS. When my dog ate my screens I had no problem dropping off the frames and the company replaced them at no cost. Exceptional customer service through and through I highly recommend this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!- PLEASE READ THIS I can ‘t even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family’s safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn’t fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER 2 WEEKS! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that’s all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn’t open without force (Fire Hazard) and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over 7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I had all my Windows replaced with the blue tinted glass just like the Casinos have. Oh my God, what a night and day difference. I am so happy with my purchase even a year later. I tell my wife and friends all the time, this is one of the best purchases we have ever made. I live in Arizona, in the the summer I keep the thermostat at 77 during the day and 74 at night and my utility bill is now cheaper than what it was when running the thermostat at 82 during the day before I had the new windows installed. So yes I am very happy. The house is cooler and I save money even with having APS as a power supplier. Win win all the way around :)

Had Bill S. from Window World come to my house to give me an estimate. After looking over the windows Bill tells me that the seals have failed and all I really needed was to just have the glass replaced, not the entire window and frame! The previous window company that gave me an estimate last week, never told me about that option! Bill from Window World was professional and most important HONEST! If I ever need window replacement, Window World will be my choice thanks to salespeople like Bill Stoutenger!
