We used Landlord Helper for a large renovation, they were extremely focused on getting the job done and we ended up with a great renovation. Good quality, great design and they allowed us to be involved in the process and have our own input. Certainly a company you can trust, there are a lot of horror stories but they arrive on time, deliver on their promises and get the job done.

I had used the services of Landlord helper for our condo at Petchaburi, Bangkok. Being a developer myself, I understand the challenges in getting Furnishing of a condo done. I was Looking for an interior company who could handle the services professionally without much of my personal intervention. Ian and Sara were very professional and the outcome of my Condo Interiors were simply amazing. Very very happy with the way they worked. Highly recommendable!!!

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Landlord Helper by a friend who had engaged them on a project. Since meeting them they have assisted with and completed two projects for me. First was a roofing and window repair/sealing job at my primary residence (a townhouse). Second was a complete fit-out of a 36sq/m newly built rental apartment. Both jobs were expertly planned, managed and executed. Ian and Sara were sources of professional information and creative ideas/solutions. Fees were reasonable and both projects completed on time and in excellent form. Current third project is a total remodeling of an existing luxury condo on Ratchadamri. As before, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and care Ian and Sara have shown. I expect the same quality end result as the first two projects. I fully recommend Landlord Helper.
