Clam, clean and peaceful. Simple to visit. Wai-pra ‍️‍️ Praying for the golden buddha. Walk around the temple for a nice cozy day. Doing a meditation or make a merit. ‍️ Such a good time spending.

One of the first temples I visited in Thailand and it was magnificent. That golden tower in the middle is so grand. I never had a chance to go inside the temple as I was wearing shorts during that time. I highly advise that you come properly dressed so as you have a chance to see the interior. This is to respect the place as people come to pray as well. No shorts and sandos which I assume the same rule for other temples based on what I saw from the notice around.

Stunning architecture, especially the roof tiles and the perimeter sculptures. You can walk the perimeter with your shoes, and I'd recommend it since the stone floor gets really hot. To enter you need to remove your footwear. There is also a dress code. Don't show too much skin.. shorts should be atleast till your knees. Photography is allowed as long as you are respectful and restrained. Accessibility: is tricky, very few ramps since it's difficult to accommodate it into the heritage architecture. Washrooms are available near the main temple.

Stone thrown distant from KaoSan road. Previous King was trained in this temple. Golden tower and many Buddha are in many small temples. You can see many Thailand people are very serious about their wishes and in many places, you have to take off your shoes.
