I am having a fabulous experience at Physical Therapy First. I am very impressed with My PT, Tyler. At our very first appointment he had a solid handle on my condition and a treatment plan. He gave me hope which I had not had for a long time. Also because of the way he explained things go me I am very motivated to do the exercises he gave me. I think they could be a game changer for me to try and get ahead of my ongoing condition. I have also noticed they are emailing me interesting articles and videos to watch. They also have a cool new website where you can watch videos of how to correctly do your assigned exercises with number of reps listed.

I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. They are very accomodating, punctual and Alex is fantastic. He understands my neck issue, works on it at each session and gives me exercises to strengthen my muscles as well as tools to help manage the pain at home. Ive done acupuncture, gone to 2 chiropractors and had several massage sessions and all of them created more headaches. Alex is the only one that can manipulate my neck and not give me headaches. Great experience.

Professional, compassionate, and competent. They take the time to thoroughly evaluate your condition. They are very patient and attentive, making sure that you are getting the most out of the therapy.I felt more optimistic about my knee surgery having gone to Physical Therapy First pre total knee replacement. I just had my first post op treatment the other day and by the end of the session I knew they would successfully guide me through the recovery.
