I went to Helen after muscle tension trapped the nerve in my neck causing me to have intense pain; not only did she free the muscle and leave me pain free she has given me full mobility in my neck, something I have not had since I was a child. She is warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Well worth the money and great after care so hopefully I won't need to return for the same issue. I highly recommend.

I have an old shoulder injury, which has been playing up of late, the gp were useless and suggested ibuprofen and rest. Discussed briefly with Helen ay Physio works on the phone, and on arrival, after the usual health questions that I would expect from a professional, I was quickly diagnosed as having a rotator cuff injury, and given specific advice and exercises to strengthen the joint, with more exercises due after my next visit, assuming it has improved correctly. Brilliant, after years of being told there's nothing really wrong, I have a diagnosis and a means to improve it. Highly recommended.
