I have been a patient at this practice for several years. My usual physio is Kristin and I would recommend her highly. I have seen most of the other physios at the practice and they are all excellent. I have seen other physios, osteopaths and chiropractors and I found Physioptima was a refreshing change. I never feel like I am throwing money away when I go there. Kristin is very good at getting to the root of issues, she is extremely thorough and she listens carefully to me as a patient. Kristin also provides custom-made orthotics and I have found that these have really helped me in my day to day life, much better than off the shelf orthotics. When I have needed to be seen quickly because I am in pain the practice has fitted me in quickly. They are very quick at responding to e mail contact. If anyone is worried about safety at the practice in these Covid times, I can only say that the practice seems very careful and is adhering to Covid safety procedures, I certainly feel safe.
