This place is so shady they apparently deleted their page and/or reviews after getting so much negative feedback. Well, I'll be the first to repeat my review. Unless you want to go somewhere where they will create more problems with your car than it originally had and then try and charge you for the repairs caused by their lazy incompetence, avoid this place at all costs. Unapologetically inconsiderate and neglectful, true scam artists who clearly create problems to milk VW and/or your warranty company. A case has been opened with VW for my issues, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Shannon, and the rest of the BS crew in the service department, are the worst I've dealt with in the tri-state area. Run around after run around - for instance: they claim they only have about 20 loaners, yet they number each one and I've received several numbered 87, and tell everyone upon first request there are none available. They have offered/arranged vehicles without even asking after their issues have created more problems for me, when they previously told me none were available the day before. \We won't have any for two weeks\... the next day after taking my car backfor a problem they supposedly fixed but didn't - \we'll have one ready first thing in the morning.\ These people are flat out liars and are not to be trusted. They ask you to return their cars with the same fuel amount (as normal for a rental), yet when I took my car in for the last service issue, it had over half a tank and they returned it to me with only a few gallons. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS if you own a car that you care about, because these people care little to none about helping you, just collecting money and sending you on your way. This place is so bad, I will be trading in my VW for another car, because I have lost all confidence in VW and the folks they have representing their brand. Shame on you VW, and everyone at Piazza.
