Lots of interesting exhibits, and it's much bigger that you might expect. I like the way some of the rooms have been laid out as shops and a pub. Worth a visit if you are in Pickering, and you can even come back again for free with 12 months.

Very interesting well worth a visit with plenty to see. Staff are all volunteers and very informative.

Excellent place to see old Pickering life portrayed.

Very interesting museum. Much more to see than you would perhaps expect. Very densely packed with exhibits. Price also allows you to return for free with 12 months. Easily takes a couple of hours to see everything. Definitely recommended.

A brilliant place to visit with a wide range of displays inside (Ground and first floor) and outside to the rear (in the outbuildings and the outside area). Your ticket entitles you to return again as many times as you like throughout the year, which quite frankly, is a bargain.

Sooo much to see! You could spend hours in here looking at everything. Extremely educational and well put together place. The garden needs some work but the inside is set up very well. It's a tour at your own pace with many sections. From the printing press, to artwork to medications, clothing and farm equipment there's something for everyone here. Parking available on site.
