We had an excellent experience with Terry and Nick Picklo. This house is our third custom home build so we have been around the block with the custom home building experience and can say that we had a great team. Nick helped me design my home with the architect and knew exactly what my aim for the house was from only a few photos as well as adding design elements to make it truly shine. He also designed my smart house automation (including my automated shades) and is still there for me 2 years later when I have questions! Terry kept everything running smooth and used his years of experience to keep things moving on track. I would highly recommend Picklo Custom homes for anyone who wants a first class team in building the home of their dreams.

Picklo Homes are absolutely the BEST home builders in the area. Both Terry and Nick are wonderful to work with. This is the fourth home we have built and this was by far the best experience we have had. The craftsmanship is amazing. I loved working with their subs. Nick has a great eye for design and Terry knows how to construct a beautiful home. We always felt like they were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We just loved working with them and we just love our home!
