I highly recommend this law firm!! I recently was referred to Pickrel, Schaeffer and Ebeling, LPA for a false lien filed on my property. I had no idea what to expect, given that I have not had much experience dealing with attorney's. The first attorney in the group, which was very helpful, I was referred to informed me that the type of lien filed was not his expertise and provided me the name of Attorney Gabrielle Neal. They have timely responses to messages left, emails and put you at ease! Customer service and a positive outcomes are a top priority! I would also highly recommend Attorney Gabrielle Neal as well; both she and her assistant were phenomenal!

**Edit to address the response** -------------------------- The quote was 800 535 filing fee. I paid more like 2000 in total. So not sure how that is even close to being "exactly" the same. Also if you people would actually read anything I write to or about you, you'd realize it isn't all about the money. Yes we finished successfully but the vast majority of the work done to ensure that success was thanks to our own work. Your firm mostly just caused us set backs and cost us extra money. Original Review -------------------------- Awful experience both during and after my case. Billed for emails asking questions that have been answered multiple times. Billed for emails sending us information we did not need nor ask for. Despite being billed hundreds of dollars for this information, STILL failed to fill out our forms correctly. Assured us multiple times if our case didn't go bad we'd not go over our retainer. Our case not only went through normally, we did all the work ourselves in the last few months because we were tired of waiting on them and their mistakes. We still were billed about DOUBLE our retainer. At one point during our case our lawyer and her secretary were unreachable for almost a month. Which completely derailed all our plans and ended up costing us over 1000 in additional travel fees. When things were mostly settled down I tried to reason with them through email and their paralegal could not understand basic arithmetic. I would highly advise you to look elsewhere.
