My dad recently went to see Doctor Arano, he tried to explain to them that his finger it’s getting numb and they gave him medicine for the pain, when he told the nurse that’s not what he needed her response was “ here’s the medicine you can buy it or don’t buy it”. They offered by mom the flu short but they didn’t offered the flu shot to him. A complaint will be filed with the medical board and or California health care ombudsman. My dad It’s of age an a minority and this group is always at high risk of being mistreated and or disregarded. B

Very friendly staff, but very hard to find parking especially since shared with post office. Visible from street, it's across from the high school. Very clean facility and restrooms. Pharmacy on location which closes at 6. pm not open on weekend.

Just walked out had my appointment for my kids at 4 and 420. If I dont go ask about going in they won't call me. I was then told that I would have to wait 40 minutes more bcuz the doctor was still busy. I asked to reschedule and was told that they didn't have a day available until march. I'm changing doctors and never coming back here. This never happened when doctor poliboy was here.
