Dr. Liza Dimaranan, OD is wonderful, sweet, and helpful, responds to all your questions and also interested in learning more about her clients. Dr. Dimaranan is an expert and strives to provide as much information to her clients in order for us to make an informed decisions about our eye caring needs and health. We are happy and lucky to have such a great optometrist in our community. Highly recommended!

My First time getting my glasses here and I have to say that service is horrible. I was seen by an outsourced doctor who did not even knew where everything was in the office and the check up was all done in a rush. I received my glasses and they are all out of focus, because the front desk lady did not measure them properly. I call to get them adjusted and again front desk lady is not helping me at all and she is absolutely so rude. Never again will I visit them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE now I am stuck with a pair of glasses that I cannot wear and paid a pretty penny for them. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

The office staff and doctor are great here. They did not have the glasses that I wanted but ordered them so that I could try them on. This was awesome! I’ve been to other places where they charge you an extra fee to do this or they do not even give you this option. I highly recommend this place. Doctor is very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly and know they glasses

The front desk lady was really rude, I called 2-3 days before my appointment and ask a question and she was rude, I call today July 9 for my appointment and they don’t answer. After trying 15 times she answers I ask a question and she hangs up. I call again to finish the call and they don’t answer. The point is that the lady is really rude and have poor service.
