What can I say! I took my son here as a new patient and we were blown away with absolute kindness and understanding and everyone was down to earth- it was quite refreshing. The practitioner -sorry I forget her name- she is the one who did the color blind testing last and things- very thorough. The doctor was well versed and was very good at exposing things and explained that contacts would be a good decision for him - due to my son plays sports- which - I didn’t sign him up for a contact appointment- so they fit him in the schedule for a contact class and he met with Kellie - who my goodness was fantastic and patient as the day is long- my son walked out with contacts. But wait - let’s not forget he got glasses! That’s a whole process as well! Kris- she is an expert in her own right - patient and has an eye for eye ware and was able to honestly judge what truly looked good on his face shape- I must say from beginning to the end it was truly a painless experience. I honestly was hesitant at picking this provider due to it was a bigger provider - that means nothing here- you didn’t feel rushed like you were just a number. We feel like we were people here - moving to Charlotte from a smaller community- it means a lot. We are grateful for the experience. My daughter had an appointment next week for her contacts as well!!

Dr. Rebecca Major and the entire staff at Piedmont EyeCare are awesome! Living out of state now, I had to get my exam with another provider. However, I emailed my Rx and frame preference to Julian at Piedmont and he took it from there. Glasses were turned around in few short days. And, the pricing was fantastic. Thank you Piedmont EyeCare!

Shaina was excellent today! She brought my glasses out to my car so I didn’t have to get out my car and limited my exposure! She made sure of a proper fit and great look for my new Maui Jim sunglasses before leaving! When I came to look at glasses, I didn’t have my prescription from my optometrist but Shaina recorded what I liked and took all the necessary measurements. Then I was able to email her my insurance information and prescription and pay over the phone to order them without having to make a trip back to the office. Outstanding customer service and convenience (or am I just lazy but I don’t live close by lol)!!

I stumbled upon this place looking for some Maui Jims because my current eye care place didn't sell them. I called and spoke to Kris and she told me to stop by and come try some on. I went in and didn't see the ones I was looking for. So Kris looked them up on the Maui Time website and ordered them for me to come back and try on. (Can we just say WOW to that customer service) I came back in with my husband the next week. This time Shaina helped us. We laughed and joked and had a great experience. We walked out ordering two pairs of Maui's from them. The customer service here is AMAZING!! The office is very inviting and there is a great variety of glasses to choose from. We will be switching here permanently and leaving our current eye care place. Where the staff acts like your bothering them and can't wait for you to leave. We haven't even met the Doctors yet. But if they're anything like the staff up front. I know we're gonna love it here. Thanks for a great experience ladies. We truly appreciate all your help.
