George has been great with his customer service which is why I gave 4 stars. However, the supervisor would rather lose a customer than separate a pallet of material and have the entire order cancelled.... Well, at the end it worked out for me! I saved over 150.00 by choosing another vendor for the same materials! I do anything and everything for my customers. Their business means the world to me. It is sad that a vendor you use often doesn't value me as their customer. If that supervisor was my customer, he would have never heard o\ from me unless it is a service I do not provide, and even then I would probably accommodate them....
