What a great experience from the beginning at the store, the product description, the professionalism and knowledge from the personnel. We were there during the COVID and the store was very well organized and safe. The day of the installation, my wife and I were surprised by all the precautions and the methods that the team were using to mitigate the dust and debris in the house. Our doors and windows are perfectly installed and the team did a great job. We love the product and definitely recommend to everybody. Richard has a great team!

Great price and great service. There was a mistake by an installer's employee, and PF Novo came and not only fixed it, they went above and beyond and redid some work that was ok but marginal, and added an item that wasn't even in the original quote. It's hard to find employees right now because the government is paying everyone to stay home, and I know this industry is affected - but they didn't moan and groan like so many people, the owner just turned up and fixed the problem himself, on his own time. I don't think I have ever met a contractor so determined to take full responsibility and make good, and I highly recommend this one. Will be a customer again.

Novo windows are GREAT! Fenplast are always High Quality windows with ER of 36 (3 panes of glass), meets Reno-Climat standards. Marc was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Nice show room to see what you are buying. Installation: within time line when the order was placed, attention to details, very respectful with regards to Covid rules, cleaning up after installation and well insulated. Highly recommend them.

We replaced our front door, Richard was very knowledge and was able to advice which hardware would look best with our style door. The installers were AMAZING arrived on time and worked very efficiently and neatly. This was highly appreciated since I was concerned with the whole house getting cold being in December but was not an issue. We will be definitely going with them again for future projects.
