Very bad customer service they never answer their phone calls and this is the second time placing an order and it took forever I'm wondering if it really gonna gets here. I've guests spent R400 for the order. You guys you don't appreciate us. Maybe it's because it's Branch here in Piet Retief it sucks.

Piet Retief CBD, never answers the phone and everytime I order delivery takes longer. Never less than an hour and a half wait. Unacceptable!!!

We placed an order at 5:20pm online. Got an sms that our order was accepted etc. I never tried to phone in before 7:00pm because it's lockdown and we know they're busy. When i tried to phone and find out where our order was, they were closed and no pick up from any manager. I went online to check my order status and it said "completed". No one ever phoned to say they won't be able to deliver our order and just said the order was completed. This was very very bad service, please bear in mind it's lockdown so it's not just about getting into a car and go to buy food for the family when everything is already closed. There was not even enough food to feed everyone tonight because we were counting on "PIZZA". You could've atleast phoned us to say you can't deliver . Sorry , but this is bad service.
