Decided to try this coaster on our last night of vacation. They close at 8 pm and we arrived at 7 pm. Holly in the gift shop was smiling and happy to help us with tickets. Nate and John were on the track and were joking with us and making us laugh. The ride itself was incredibly fun! Not just your typical up then down coaster. You go up/down a total of 4 times. Love the fun lights on the track as well as the ones shining in the trees. We had re ride tickets and nobody seemed annoyed that it was close to closing time. They genuinely wanted us to have the best time. They made our last day of vacation a great one. During our exit my son wanted a shirt and Holly was more than happy to help...even though it was after 8. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and will recommend this coaster to friends and family. Thank you all at RTMC!

SO. MUCH. FUN. It was my first time on a mountain coaster and it was awesome! My husband rode separately and loved it, too! We can’t wait to come back to Pigeon Forge and bring our son to ride. He will love it.

My family's favorite coaster in the area. Not only do you get 4 separate ride experiences wrapped in one, they spent a good deal of time and energy to add scenery and other things to look at and read. There's old shaving ads, bears peeing in the woods, barns, etc. Incredibly fun, and the staff was second to none. They were helpful, talkative and friendly. We'll keep coming back here. And make sure you try it at night when it's all lit up, very cool.

Great hospitality and care for customers. These folks couldn't have been more kind! Far and away better than any of the other places we checked out. The ride was very safe and very fun. It was about 10 whole minutes long or more. And if you ride a second time, it's half off. We totally went twice! Professional and helpful staff. Must visit!!

It mist of finding things to do we stumbled across this rollercoaster. It was fun and different whereas the nighttime ride is worth the money. I will admit the ride can be a little short for the price but we had fun and we will it right again in the future.
