I HAD a student account at this branch that i closed due to a few issues. So after closing the account I asked to open a new student account. At this point I was given a contact "Mahesh Kumar" with the title branch relationship officer (who's visiting card i shall attach). This person tells me to call him and he will come to campus hostel to register a new student account for me on the 'DEC 19th 2017'. OK, so the next day 'DEC 20th' i call him in the morning which he picks up and says he will come in the after noon, then i call him again in the afternoon where he tells me he will come in the morning and he will call to let me know. On 'DEC 21st' morning i call him.... he does't pick up on any of his 2 numbers. then i call him in the evening he cuts the call. Next day I called the office where he gets handed the phone and where he promises to come in the evening This went on and on and now it is 'DEC 29th' evening. He never showed his appearance, even though he picked up the phone 3 times today where is kept delaying the appointed time to do my registration for a student account. some people are good though, in branch.
