Indian Combat Club is not only a training club or a gym or a health club ,but it is a combination of all the above. You will find here professional trainers who understand your body type and guide you accordingly. Gym owner Mr. Pawan Singh Shekhawat is professional karate/martial arts (etc) player and has a great knowledge of all of the exercise formats(including strength training,hiit, cardio). Once you start doing gym here I bet you cant discontinue it. In last I would like to add that if you are joining Indian Combat Club then not only you are joining a health club or gym but you are joining a family. Stay healthy stay fit.
