Contracted Mark to install new piles, dock, and deck. Only on the job for half a day leaving piles of decking throughout the backyard which caused my backyard not to be not usable. This was after giving Mark over 20 thousand dollars as a deposit. Has been avoiding my phone calls and emails for the past 3 months. Currently I have a an active case with Broward county consumer affairs as well as a civil case pending with Mark and Pile Drivers Inc.
